DND Commerce d.o.o. is a company that specializes in regional supply of innovative medical devices for various surgical procedures, machines and consumables for sterilization and infection control, hospital and professional disinfectants. With the latest technology and continuous education, we strive to be ONE STEP AHEAD, and thus raise the level of healthcare.
Storage, selling, distribution and servicing of products comply with the international standards and regulations, and are some of the main activities of DND Commerce business policy.
In addition, we organize educational seminars and congresses in order to provide our clients with knowledge regarding the application of wide product ranges in the field of packaging materials, machines and related medical equipment.
Mission and objective
Our mission is to improve the quality of life and meet the needs of our clients, medical staff and the patients.
Our company’s main objective is to raise the entire sterilization process to a higher level in healthcare centers, hospitals and home cares in both public and private sectors in Serbia and other countries.
We have been defining this objective through continuous transfer and broadening of knowledge and skills, gained within the country and abroad, in our partners’ head offices, sterilization centers and other sectors related to disinfection and sterilization processes.
Quality policy
The quality of our products is the basis for meeting the customers’ needs, and the most important factor of the company’s business policy.
DND Commerce is responsible for and obligated to follow protocols and innovations devotedly with regard to sterilization, for introducing standards and protocols in the sterilization processes.
The quality management system complies with the International Organization for Standardization ISO.
-DND Commerce complies with: ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO14001 as well as OHSAS 18001.
-The company is awarded an Excellent SME certificate issued by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
Law on Safety and Health at Work regulate the implementation and improvement of health and safety of persons involved in the work processes, as well as persons in the working environment, in order to prevent injuries at work. The employees of DND Commerce are trained on health and safety at work.

Company history
DND Commerce, company founded in 1992 in Belgrade, has contributed to infection control and disinfection and sterilization practices in various healthcare facilities in both Serbia and the neighboring countries of former Yugoslavia.
With over 25-year-long tradition of business, continuous internal and external education, our company has been one step ahead in raising awareness of how significant disinfection and sterilization are in CSSDs, sterile storage areas, endoscopic units, operation rooms, and healthcare facilities in general.
